Vice President and Division Manager of the Systems Engineering and Analysis Division
Craig Jennings is Vice President and Division Manager of the Systems Engineering and Analysis Division of TSC. He manages three Operations of the Division and is responsible for new business development, overall Profit/Loss, supporting Corporate Strategic Vision, and generating and meeting annual financial objectives for the Division.
Mr. Jennings began his career at TSC supporting the United States Navy, before that, Mr. Jennings earned his BS in Computer Science/Mathematics.
In 2012, Mr. Jennings was named TSC’s Dahlgren Operations Manager. In this role, he served as Program Manager for all contracts in the Dahlgren office. This included providing day-to-day management of personnel assignments, CDRL generation, program scheduling, and budget forecast and tracking. Mr. Jennings interfaced with customers (industry and government) to ensure needs of the programs were fulfilled while working closely with Prime Contractors to ensure customer needs are met within the framework of the contract.
Prior to becoming the Dahlgren Operations manager Mr. Jennings provided software engineering support for AEGIS Certification efforts by chairing the Certification Core Team and for coordinating the activities of the entire assessment team. Mr. Jennings was responsible for the development and maintenance of the overall combat system certification plan, as well as the individual assessment cycle plans. He was also responsible for establishing and maintaining a regular dialogue with the developer in order to ensure all insights into the system were up-to-date; provided alerts to the developer or other responsible parties when certification concerns arise; and then supported the identification of corrective actions. These activities culminated with mission authorization and certification of the combat systems.
