Education And Training

  • Tuition assistance up to maximum of $6,500 per fiscal year.

Holidays

  • TSC offers six core holidays and five floating holidays that employees can use
    at their discretion.  

Personal Leave

  • Employees accrue both vacation and sick leave each pay period. 
  • Benefit accruals rollover at the end of each calendar year.
  • Employees can accrue up to 400 hours of vacation and 300 hours of sick leave.
