Health and Welfare Benefits

TSC offers comprehensive and affordable medical benefits to meet the needs of employees and their families. This includes optional dental and vision coverage.

Employee Stock Option Plan

Employee Owners are automatically enrolled in TSC’s Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP). Stocks are distributed on an annual basis. As your tenure grows so does your stock quantity. As the company valuation grows, so too does your stock valuation. Simply put, the better we do as a company, the better off you are as an employee owner.

Holidays and Personal Leave

TSC offers vacation and sick leave, accrued each pay period. With accrual rollovers at the end of each calendar year (up to 400 hours vacation and 300 hours sick).
