Christopher Edwards
Chief Financial Officer
Christopher Edwards serves as Chief Financial Officer. In his role, Mr. Edwards is responsible for the planning, implementation, and management of TSC’s financial and accounting infrastructure and processes. He oversees all aspects of financial planning and reporting, treasury and investments, financial/accounting business systems, program control, estimating/pricing, internal/external audit, compliance, and M&A. Prior to this he served as TSC’s Vice President of Finance & Accounting from 2022-2024 and formerly TSC’s Director of Finance & Accounting from 2020 to 2022.
Mr. Edwards brings more than 20 years of finance and accounting experience in the government sector. He is committed to partnering with business leaders and fostering a culture of financial discipline and business acumen resulting in value creation for employee-owners. Prior to his position, Mr. Edwards most recently served as Director of Business Analysis at CACI & LGS and as CFO of ASET Partners Corporation, a system engineering consulting firm. Early in his career he worked for MITRE as a Principal Economics Business Analyst.
Mr. Edwards received a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Virginia, a Master of Science in Finance from Johns Hopkins University, and a Master of Business Administration from George Washington University. Outside of TSC, Mr. Edwards serves as Treasurer on the Board of Directors of Village Health Partnership.
