Dr. Dan Lawrence

Dr. Dan Lawrence serves as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for TSC where he provides technical leadership for the successful execution of key programs and fosters the development of innovative and enabling technologies for future growth.

Dr. Lawrence received BS and MS degrees in Electrical Engineering from Auburn University in 1996 and 1998, respectively, and the Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan in Spring 2002. He joined TSC in Fall 2002 and began working out of the Huntsville, AL office.

Prior to his current role at TSC, Dr. Lawrence has held positions as Chief Scientist and Senior Engineer. His technical background and expertise span most areas of electrical engineering including applications in antennas, RF/microwave design, RF seekers, radar systems, controls, and communications. He has published high-quality technical papers in peer-reviewed journals and launched the TSC Tech Note series for internal publication. Dr. Lawrence also has the privilege of teaching a number of undergraduate and graduate courses part-time in the Electrical Engineering Department at the University of Alabama in Huntsville.
