DESCRIPTION
This product facilitates the measurement of ultra-low phase noise devices. Its compact robust design includes a high performance IQ modulator and IF amplifier. Control lines are provided allowing the user to select either the in-phase or quadrature signal to be routed to the output. The user also has the ability to amplify the chosen signal through a high performance IF amplifier or to output it directly unmodified.
