William Barrett

Airborne Intelligence Surveillance & Reconnaissance (AISR) Division Manager

Mr. Barrett serves as Division Manager of TSC’s AISR Division where he is responsible the overall strategic management of the AISR portfolio.  Aside from overall P&L responsibility, he focuses on the next phase of operational deliverables by shaping a scaling organization, fortifying strategic partnerships, capturing adjacent growth, and delivering innovative capabilities. He has served over 25 years in various capacities of both Government Service and within the Department of Defense’s industrial base.

Prior to joining TSC, Mr. Barrett was appointed by a privately held board of a directors to serve as a Chief Operations Officer.  In his role as COO, he sparked further growth achieving year over year P&L results and an increase of >$90M annualized revenues in just five years transforming the entire organizational team from small to large business size standard.  With a talent for inspiring accountability cross-functionally the business thrived both culturally and at the bottom line.  Prior to this role, he served in industry as Senior Vice President, Director, and Senior Manager.

Mr. Barrett is a highly decorated prior service enlistee and commissioned officer where he served in many unique capacities as Initial Cadre in a prolonged Joint-Interagency service.  A humble but demonstrated professional record illustrates how to accomplish what many say “cannot be done” by working within high performing teams for innovative technical solutions spanning research and development to operational execution.  Aside from any formal government training or professional education, he earned his BS in Management Communications and earned an Advanced Certificate for Executives (ACE) in Management, Innovation, and Technology from Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Sloan School of Business.
