Andrew Surowiec

Director, Product Solutions Division

Andrew Surowiec leads TSC’s Product Solutions (PS) Division, overseeing the Profit and Loss (P&L), strategy, and program execution associated with the development and delivery of TSC’s government and commercial products throughout the lifecycles of Research and Development (R&D), Engineering and Manufacturing Development (EMD), Low Rate Initial Production (LRIP), and Full Rate Production (FRP). PS is comprised of the Product Engineering Solutions (PES) and Commercial Products Cell (CPC) operations, with locations based out of Huntsville, AL, Arlington, VA, Washington DC, Linthicum, MD, and Plymouth, MA.

Mr. Surowiec joined TSC in 2022 as a Corporate Program/Product Director, where he led the standup of TSC’s Corporate PMO, as well as developed best practices, processes, procedures, and infrastructure for managing, pricing, and planning for current and upcoming product lines. Mr. Surowiec brings to TSC over 15 years of Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC) work experience in munitions fuzing, as well as wireless solutions products for SIGINT missions, both as a government employee and a contractor.

Prior to joining TSC, Mr. Surowiec served as a Product Portfolio Manager for LGS Labs within CACI, managing the wireless protocol solutions product family serving DoD and IC customers. Prior to his industry experience, he served as a technical and programmatic lead within the Fuze Division at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ, designing and managing enabling technologies for safe and arm fuzing for medium and large caliber munitions.

Mr. Surowiec earned his BS degree in Electrical Engineering from Drexel University and his MS degree in Electrical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology.
