Richard Parker

Richard Parker serves as Vice President and Division Manager for Precision Weapons and Defense Systems (PWDS) which focuses on RF sensors and solutions for precision weapon systems. PWDS has operations in Huntsville, AL, Silver Spring, MD and Bloomington, IN.

Mr. Parker earned his BS in Electrical Engineering from The University of Alabama in Huntsville (UAH). He started his professional career at Phase IV Systems which was later acquired by TSC in 2004. He has been with Phase IV/TSC for over 35 years serving as a design engineer with experience across multiple disciplines including analog/digital/RF hardware design, firmware, software and Radar system modeling. His experience spans broad technologies and programs including Radar, communication links, proximity sensors, active protection systems, EW and RF seekers.

Known primarily as an RF engineer, Mr. Parker later moved into program and general management. In addition to his Division Manager role, he also serves as the General Manager of the Radar and Precision Weapons Development (RPDW) Operation located in Huntsville, AL.
